Anthony is the Founding Managing Director of Delam and has in the past successfully developed and sold (to DuPont in 2001) the DigiGlass printing technique allowing for complex, high quality images to be printed on the interlayer of laminated glass. Anthony was the Sales and Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager for DigiGlass Australasia from December 2000 to March 2011. Through this past experience Anthony has developed and maintained a very strong network of key individuals and companies throughout the global glass industry as he was working with DuPont to showcase the technology and its potential to end-user customers.

Mr Morgan has extensive experience in equity capital markets and has been involved with numerous projects over a 30 year period. Most of these were in the resources/oil & gas industries and the technology sector.

Mr Morgan has successfully identified emerging international opportunities and acquired large, early stage and strategic positions in the petroleum sector as well as identifying and acquiring interests in early stage ventures, his strengths include partnering with regional experts, securing teams of appropriate executives, procuring development capital and adding value for the benefit of shareholders.

He holds, or has previously held, the positions of Founder, Chairman, Director and/or Major Shareholder in a range of companies operating across the globe.

Mr Kenny is a Partner at Melbourne-based boutique accounting firm Rogerson Kenny. He is a Chartered Accountant with Big 4 experience both within Australia as well as overseas.


Mr Tony Oakley (Non-executive Director)Mr Tony Oakley

Mr Oakley is a Partner at Melbourne-based law firm Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams. He graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce and is an accredited specialist in Business Law from the Law Institute of Victoria.

Tony has completed the World Intellectual Property Organisation course for mediators in intellectual property disputes and also on international patent protection.
